The interviewers did not show up for the 1st interview. Waited for quite a while before HR dial in to inform that the interview have to be rescheduled. Had to rearrange my time and reschedule the interview to another day.

Phone call with engineering manager. Fairly basic interview covering basics of company and location background, position needs, reporting structure and future opportunities. This is a first interview prior to being invited on-site for further interviews.

Initial phone interview followed by an interview with a technical team. No in person interview due to Covid. The initial interview focused on my background and the second interview focused on specific experiences.
