The interviewer (one of the bosses) spoke to me amicably and was genuinely interested in my background and reasons to apply for the job. None of the questions he asked was too technical - they were mostly in the nature of seeing how you would behave and respond to theoretical situations. The vibe was casual, no pressure and no stress at all. One advice I'd give is to be sincere and genuine with your answers.

The boss ghosted me. Rude. No communication what so ever after speaking to me. Yes, it is common, but I felt he did not have to lie. He removed the positions and replaced it with an intern role. Could've been upfront
