Excelitas Technologies interview questions

I had a frustrating interview experience that reflects broader organizational issues. The hiring manager was also acting as the recruiter, which led to a very unstructured process. My interview was rescheduled, then lasted over an hour with a lot of unfocused conversation rather than a clear evaluation. Most concerning, I never received a follow-up after the interview and had to reach out myself to get an update Overall, the experience suggested a lack of coordination, unclear role definition, and weak candidate communication. I would recommend that the company improve its hiring structure, clearly define roles before interviewing candidates, and ensure timely follow-up. This shows a lack of experience on their end and I do hope they improve.

Rigorous process with attending all management from diff departments. They all asked questions and were interested in my background as well as my ideas and point of view. It was focused on manufacturing, high technology and management.
