Don't apply here. Both my phone screen and 1:1 video were very vague, recruiter couldn't answer basic questions about the position...and the one I originally applied to conveniently 'just changed'. They also had some really strange requirements. If this was even a real position, I sensed a stuffy environment. There also seems to be a consistent revolving door as they post the same jobs routinely which is why I was so hesitant to apply here. Turns out my judgment was correct.

Provide a pre-interview assessment, an actual interview, and then a follow-up "test-task" to complete Recruiting/Staffing project plan for a client. Upon completing/delivering the task (paid, yes), I received no feedback and no further communication.

I had high expectations as professionalism goes for this company's interview process. I had the chance to make it to their second Zoom interview and was told they would get back to me as soon as possible, which gave me the impression the interview went fairly well. Few days later, I wrote a follow up email just to check in how things were progressing, and hoped to get a response to let me know whether I qualified or not. It's been over ten days, and no response. Obviously, I've moved on but the "Employer Ghosting" is real with this one. I understand they get probably tons of candidates, but even after doing a full second interview, but they can't even respond to an email with a "yes" or "no"... The whole process was just a terrible experience. Hope this behavior isn't normalized.

I applied through Indeed. The process took around 4 weeks. Great experience with the recruiting team. They are very friendly and professional. Would love to work with them in the future.

It was a really thorough and structured interview process, everyone I communicated with was very polite and pleasant. It is a very detail-oriented team and I had a great experience.

Poor interview process. It is mined with red flags and if you're able to spot them you will walk away. Simple questions remain not answered and they expect you to accept a job blindly.

It was a long process but worth the effort! It's a small company so it seems HR duties are shared among the support staff who have dual duties. Everyone was professional and attentive. Like any high-level placement, there were several questions I had to answer and some knowledge tests. They came back to me a few times with follow-up questions.; all seemed very relevant.

this agency is actual a hiring team who continually interviews and trials chefs on a daily basis but actually never hires anyone. yogurt paid your trial fee which barely covers the amount of work it takes to make the 8 meals they require on a trial. total sham!
