Executive Serviced Apartments interview questions

First interview with a panel, 2nd interview with a panel which included a presentation on 3 areas. 2 day working trial that included a presentation on 2 subjects researched on the working trial. Interview with the Chief Executive. I started job 2 weeks later, by which time my manager had been removed from the building. Her replacement left after 3 months.
