Interview
One hr interview and one final interview. Informal interview, more on sharing of subjective perspectives and views than technical matters. Free flowing . Generally a positive experience despite quite a long final interview
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Exist (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the assistant and began the interview with a gentleman who's name I don't recall. This interview must have been about 12 minutes long.
The interviewer seemed to just be given my resume seconds before the interview began. He did not look interested in what I had to say nor my experience.
He also made a comment on how I could have possibly been working and going to college full time. That gave me a sense of entitlement from someone who clearly has no idea what it is to work and put yourself through school.
He didn't have many questions for me and was honestly a complete waste of my time. I commuted 40 minutes for an interview that could've been over zoom or simply not happen at all.
Also, "That's your only shipment experience? Oh." If you wanted someone with more experience, you should not have called me in for an interview,
Exist USA, if you haven't bothered to look over the candidate's qualifications, don't waste their time. If you haven't bothered to run the experience by the interviewer, don't waste a candidate's time.
I was given the typical "we'll let you know". But I instantly saw red flags with this company not even have respect for my time.
The most unprofessional company I have ever encountered.
