[Applied in Mar 2023] A generally long but interesting interview process, consisting of initial application, a fairly long take-home (took me around 16 hours), then a call to discuss take-home feedback, then a semi-technical 30-min interview around basics of JS/PHP/Networks, then a virtual on-site consisting of a live JS coding challenge, PHP coding challenge, and a whiteboard challenge. During the virtual on-site, any employee from the company could join the meeting and ask questions (at some designated times). After that, there was also supposed to be a talk with leadership, and then offer.
A drawback of the virtual on-site was that they didn't say which specific tools I would need for it and then when the timer started ticking, I learned I had to have Postman set up for the interview, so I had to figure it out on the spot and lost quite some time.
