The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Experian (Carmel, IN) in Sep 2009
Interview
There were interviews with two that would be considered your peers. These 'A day in the life' type questions. Next, there was an interview with the hiring manager. These were more behavior based questions 'What would you do if you got a bad review on a project?'. Last, there was a meeting with the senior management of that branch. He asked questions to determine how much you know. Such as 'what would you say is the most important aspect of working with a client?' The answer is managing client expectations. The people are nice and the office is comfortable. The work culture is very 'good ol' boyish'.

Question 1
There were a lot of relationship questions where they try to find out if you're social. Might be tougher for those with more technical backgrounds.
I applied online. I interviewed at Experian (Allen, TX)
Interview
The interview process took all day. Candidates had to present on a topic of their choosing, take a written test, and participate in a group exercise, just for an entry-level position. All of the employees seemed friendly and engaged, though. They even demonstrated the proprietary software that we would be using as part of our job responsibilities.
