      Client Relationship Manager Interview

      Oct 22, 2014
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Experian

      Interview

The interview process was great. Day one I received an email from HR saying that I was a good fit and to apply. The day after applying I had a phone screen. That was followed up with an email scheduling a site visit. I came in, did a hand-written test, and then interviewed with the manager. The next day I received a call from HR letting me know I am in consideration but they had other interviews scheduled. I should have an answer by the end of the week. Scheduling conflicts and "redirectioning" took place. But HR continued to call or email me with updates. That rocked

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Experian in May 2011

      Interview

Phone interview was standard, asked about background. Met with a few different teams in person, everyone was very nice. Then had to take an HTML test and Query writing test. The test was more in depth than expected, and was pen and paper as opposed to on a computer.

      Interview

You have to pass a basic html and segmentation test. During the interview you will need to express your love for email marketing and sign up for their clients emails. Do research on the benefits of email marketing and techniques to increase a mailing list, sweepstakes, co promotions, and the nuances of reporting and analytics. Make sure you have your extremely difficult client horror stories and how you win them over.
