The process was long and drawn out. It took about two months. I went through 4 different steps and ended up never hearing back from them. I was very excited about the job and it ended up being a waste of time.

The interview process was comfortable and questions were straight forward. The interview process has many steps and took about a month to complete. Two virtual interviews, timed cognitive and personality tests, a practice assignment (about a week to complete), background check, and virtual shadow session. After that, they provide a conditional offer and once you accept that in writing, an official offer.
