Express Care interview questions

Applied online for Express Care Manager. Was contacted for an interview through text message. Set up the interview. Was contacted back through text message about salary requirements. I furnished those answers through the application per their request. Answered back with requirements. Was told through text that the position only pays $15/hr. Declined the interview.
