Interview is done by HR people that ask you very typical hr questions but than you have a tour/interview with lab supervisors that would look how eager and interested you really are.

interview was fairly relaxed, with Hr manager and Chemistry department manager, with questions regarding H&S of lab etc and more basic good lab practice questions favoured over knowledge of actual analytical chemistry, quite an informal process which puts you at ease
