I applied through indeed, 2 days later they called me in for an interview. I was really laid back, more of a conversation than an interview. They asked simple questions like how long have you worked in customer service. They basically test how well you can hold a conversation, eye contact, etc. They also ask about availability.

Incredibly easy and simple interview. Definitely the easiest interview I’ve ever had. I came prepared with answers to questions they may ask and they only asked one of those questions I prepared for.

Went in interviewed with GM Joseph Martinez at the Orange, CA location, he said interview went Really well and I would hear from him. After a week I made a follow up call he was excited I called and said he was going to send me a job offer via email. I waited a week called again said he was doing paperwork to onboard me I never received it called again then he wouldn’t return calls.
