Typical interview process begins with a single or series of phone interviews. Upon passing to the next round, candidates will attend to 1-2 in person, on-site interviews with various management types. Typically this includes the direct manager for the position and the upper management as well. Often the interview will cover the science and their technical capabilities.

Initially there was a phone interview going over the typical behavioral/minimum qualifications questions. It was quite simple. The second interview was a Skype interview. It was with two hiring managers. The basic questions were reiterated and it wasn't a very demanding interview. I would not be too worried in the interview process.
