I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Houston, TX) in Oct 2010
Interview
The on-campus recruiters pre-screened resumes and set up one on one interviews. My interviewer was very nice and friendly. The questions were pretty standard. Why engineering? Why exxon? We went through my resume and detailed each item. Then she asked behavioral questions. The hardest was probably to describe a situation when someone working under me had refused to cooperate.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Jakarta)
Interview
Mostly asking about background, past projects, skillset, motivation, and technical questions related to facilities or process. The interview experience was pleasant and exciting. I did not recall if there was any "tell me about your..." type of questions, but I think they also asked about the leadership experiences as well.
It was held online, I interviewed directly with a subject-matter-expert and a supervisor of the department. There was only one stage of interview. I also had another interview with different department's supervisor.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Sep 2022
Interview
Met at the career fair where we discussed my resume. They might also ask q few questions. Received a call for an interview the next day. The interview was entirely behavioral.
