Behavioral, behavioral, behavioral. On campus interview, followed by three phone interviews and constant check in/followup from intern coordinator.
Every business line does it differently, so I had friends who were flown to Houston to interview for a full day. This consists of 5 behavioral interviews, about 45 min each, rapid fire.
