I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Fairfax, VA) in Nov 2014
Interview
All behavioral questions. One 1 hour on campus interview, then one onsite interview with three 50 minute interviews with different managers. Found out I got the job a few weeks later and was given two days to make a decision. Had to accept position without knowing what the job would be or where it would be.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you invented something. Tell me about a time you did not meet set expectations.
Very long process from application to getting a reply from the Hiring Manager. Generally get computer generated replies in email. Very stringent processes, though have applied for a couple, still unable to get replies
The interview process was fairly standard overall. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager interview and a few conversations with team members. The questions were mostly behavioral with some role-specific discussion. Communication was decent, though timing between steps could have been a little clearer.
This interview consists of two distinct parts, and the interviewer genuinely wants to understand your unique personality. Just remain calm, be yourself, and answer every single question with complete sincerity.
