I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process began with dropping resumes into Exxon's website. From this point, there were two info sessions and a dinner that candidates were invited to if they were selected for an interview. The interview process was rigid and uncomfortable for me. I don't feel that I fit best with this company due to feeling uncomfortable throughout the interview process. The interview was around 5 behavioral based interview questions in which you needed to respond with the STAR method.
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
Give an example of a time that you enacted a large change in an organization, explain what happened etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2025
Interview
Horrible they lied to me and several other candidates about the process and their plans. They still offered me the position which I turned down because I didn’t feel it was worth it.
The interview was a panel interview where they mostly asked questions about a project that I shared. I did not get the chance to ask any questions. The interview lasted about an hour in person.
