Apply online through their company's website. Submit your CV. After getting through this stage, you will be invited to complete the numerical and personality test. If successful, gets invited to a skype interview which lasts typically 30 minutes where competencies based questions are asked.

CV submission, online tests, Skype (competency based), EMEC (competency based with potential for technical questions). Was very smooth communication wise, took about 1 month to hear back after my Skype interview.
