The first stage interview is okay. They will expect you to answer in STAR format. Please please please be prepared. Google up STAR interview question and try to find related situation that you have encountered.

Interview
There were 2 interviews, one virtual and one physical. The virtual interview was very informal and I just discussed about my past experiences. The physical interview had behavioural and technical parts. One advice for the behavioural questions to answer it with the STAR method and provide a very specific example. The more specific the better. The technical questions were not as difficult as expected. You can take a pause to think about it and just answer the best you can.

Interview
1 behavioral and 1 techenical interview. Interview process took about 2 hours in total and there was a pre-interview call with HR before the actual interview.
Behavioral questions were typical tell me a time where... and technical questions revolved around operations of a CSTR.
