Single interview after application involving CV and cover letter.
Applied through university.
Mixture of competency / CV and technical interview. Fairly standard competency questions with some further probing around areas of CV.
Never got reply with decision after interviewing even after follow up emails.

Basic competency questions eg what do you know about ExxonMobil, why do you want to work for us etc.
