Interview
There was only one round with two interviewers. Both the interviewers asked questions from your resume and test your experiences and ability to simplify concepts. They also test your knowledge about Exxon and why you would suit there.

Pretty straightforward. A mix of technical and personality. They are very thorough as this is a very desirable internship. They asked lots of questions the whole entire interview took only an hour.

Basic STAR behavioral response questions. One on one with a university recruiter at the college and then another phone interview with the site. All behavioral questions, very straight forward.
