I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Golden, CO) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very structured interview and they will grade your interview and then take to the hiring managers to get hired that way. Prepare before you go and remember there is a line between cocky and confident and you will perform best if you're right at that line.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you were struggling through something and you had to change to complete the project.
Multiple rounds, more about personality and mindset than technical. They can teach you. Be wary of work/life balance or lack thereof. They make you feel like you will be super important right of the bat. Not the case. Poor company culture. Lots of complaining
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ExxonMobil
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people in the same discipline as well as typical HR interview and VP. Most of the questions they asked were typical big company questions to "check the box".
