Applied online on their website, then was contacted by the university hat I had a first round interview and to choose an interview time within that week. First round interview was about 45 min on campus as a behaviourist style interview with 2 Exxon employees. Next round would be a 2-3 interview full day process at the location of the position.

Conducted on campus interview. Asked mostly behavioral questions and a few that gauged my interest in the industry, Exxon, and a few entry level positions. If I advance, they’ll call me for an on-site interview.
