Interview
On campus interview and a dinner with recruiters. Definitely not an easy interview but wasn't as intense as you would expect. Everyone was nice but be prepared for some technical and mostly behavioral questions.

Interview
Two round, first round is online and second round is face-to-face. with 85% are behavioral questions and the rest is accounting questions. The interviewers are super nice and they will give you space to express your opinions and talk. They are most probably will work with you later as well so be nice, confident and be honest.

Tell me about a time that you had conflicts with coworkers and what did you do? Tell me a time you sold an idea? Tell me how you cope with the changes? Did you have a conflict with your boss before and how did you react to/ solve it? what are the changes in the financial statements if you sell a barrel of oil?

Interview
The interview was 100% behavioral. Asked questions to probe leadership abilities and conflict resolution techniques. The interviewer stated that 2nd round interviews would be more technical, but would still be mainly behavioral. Interviewer was extremely friendly and did not try to put me in any stress type situations.
