Approx. 8 non-technical competency based questions with 2 members of HR dpt. All 'give me an example of a time when...' style questions. Some quite obscure questions, but they were not trying to catch me out. If I had a an example that didn't quite fit their question, but demonstrated the same competency they were looking for, they were happy to hear it.
