Filled the application form and completed the online test; got invited to a Skype interview where I was asked a lot of competency questions. The interviewer said I'll know the outcome in one week, didn't here from them; sent them an email and they said they were preparing the next stage only to receive an automated rejection email a month later.

Interview
It was a very nice and smooth process that had the applicants experience as a priority. Started with an online application, followed by a Skype interview. After that we had an Experience Exxon day that consisted of talks, networking lunch and an interview.

Interview
Video skype interview which lasted 20 minutes about past experiences and skills. Found the process quick and easy however the interviewer was robotic and provided no opportunity to build a relationship.
