Eye Studio (United Arab Emirates) interview questions

I initially applied for Community Manager and Digital Marketing roles. Later, they contacted me and arbitrarily changed my role to Social Media Visualizer. When I finally went for the interview, the CEO humiliated me and then further downgraded my role to a newly created “Coordinator” position to supposedly “coordinate the team.” Throughout the interview, the CEO was dismissive, condescending, and disrespectful. She belittled my experience, made fun of Indian culture and Indian agencies, and used words meant to undermine confidence. Candidates are treated poorly, made to wait for hours, and are subjected to arbitrary and demeaning behavior. The office environment is unprofessional, and the leadership openly mocks clients and normalizes insults, claiming that this is how agencies work. This is not a place for anyone who values respect, professionalism, or dignity. People with self-respect will not thrive here. I am grateful to have stepped away before joining🤮
