FC Boulder interview questions

Informal meeting with director and other members from the Club. They did not honor what they agreed to in the interview because they could decide whether the club should be recreational or competitive and that put me in a compromised position as a coach. I was expected to win but couldn't push the kids without making 1 or 2 parents upset.
