Had 3 level of interview, which had 2 levels taken by people from strategy. They focused on how you can solve real life issues and how you would takle certain cases.

Opens with HR round which then progresses to that of the reporting manager and finally the National strategy director. The interview process is simple and direct, question are a check of history, experience and thinking process.
