There was an initial phone interview where they got to know you better and ask you what positions you liked at FDM. They ask questions like if you are geographically flexible, because their program trains you in New York for 3 months and you would get relocated somewhere in the US. You won't know where for sure. After the phone call, you get called in for Assessment Day. You have to take basic tests and then have 3 interviews (each 5 minutes long). The tests are pretty easy, basic +, -, x, / without a calculator. There are some logic and reasoning questions too, but they were easy as well. I also had pseudo code on my test, but that might be because I was applying to Applications Support Analyst. For the interviews, you meet with 2 account managers and one technical guy. The account managers just try to get to know you better; the technical guy asks you more technical questions about your resume. If you put that you know java on your resume, he may ask about that.
