I applied in-person. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
The first call I received was a phone screening where someone called me to tell me about the role, whether I am committed to move to an APAC country and telling me about the training process. You will not get paid paid if you are applying for the APAC programme in London, so you have to pay for your own travel expenses.
The telephone interview was pretty straight forward, where I was asked questions about the company and the job role I was applying for.
simple 3 step but they will ghost you. once they have enough candidates, they dont care how good you have performed, so its good to avoid this as the pay is also below average, look for better jobs in the market
The entire process was pretty simple. Initially you will get an arctic shores assessment which tests your analytical and problem-solving skills. Post that, you will be scheduled for an initial screening call for 20 mins with your recruiter. You will be given a hackerrank test which includes coding+sql based on the role. If you have cleared the round,, you will be invited for a final interview with the account manager

First is a hackerank. Which is then progressed through to a phone call telling us about FDM. After that is a video interview and if sucessful straight to the assessment centre.
