Interview
1. 5-min call ask about your background and set a phone interview with you
2. 15-min phone interview, mostly about what do you know about FDM, and why you choose this position, then ask 2 tech questions. After that, they ask you to do an online test and a video interview. (I haven't done my video interview yet)
3. if you pass the video interview, you will have a whole-day-long onsite interview.

Interview
Got a phone call at first to set a phone screening interview. After the phone screen was an online assessment regarding data structures, problem solving and SQL. The phone screen was easy, no technical questions just behavioral. The interviews after that consisted of two parts, one technical (30 mins) and other behavioral again (30 mins).
Had initial phone screen where they asked how familiar I was with their graduate program and discussed which role I would be best suited for. Then did a technical assessment and a pre-recorded video interview. Then scheduled a virtual interview in 2 weeks.

Interview
Phone call interview and also one in person interview. Was informed about the required 2-year stay period early on in the interview process as they are very persistent on making it known. Interview lady Brittany was very polite and easy to talk to. Had an overall easy going not troublesome experience.
