It took a while because of the paperwork and process but they did a good job of keeping you well informed. First interview was a phone screen with a recruiter, then you interview with one of the devs then finally a group/panel interview.

Interview
The first round is Appitude test, you need to pass the test and then get into second round.
The onsite is on FDM Group Building and all about Java things. After talk with the technical guys, you will talk to HR about the company and your package.

Interview
Phone interview, Online Assessment, plus In person interview with a group of people. Pretty easy process, good for recent graduates. In person interview took about 6 hours and you will get one on one interview plus small quiz on tablet.
