Interview
The process involved an informal screening phone-call, followed by a video interview, then if you get through, assessment centre and further interviews. However, I didn't make it past the video interview.
1. phone screen with some general questions 2. online test involving simple pattern recognition, calculation, and coding 3. video interview with 5 strength-based questions, 30 sec prep, 120 sec recording 4. assessment centre

Why do you think resilience would be an important trait for an FDM BI consultant.
You get a call first from the recruiter, then you move onto the pre-recorded video interview stage. This then moves onto a 3 on 1 interview. I haven't got to this stage yet.
