Once a natural rapport is built, the interview flows easily, the questions are relatively broad, making it easy to pick and choose from your experience. I would recommend knowing the field you are applying to, as this is the main topic of conversation.

Question 1
Could you tell me why you have chosen the role you applied for?
Simple process in first interview main questions asked were about CV and location or availability questions, all other questions weren't very technical I'm guessing that would have been the second interview.
- Did a short online assessment that was easy!
- Was then invited to a virtual assessment centre where I had to do a technical interview and a skills interview.
- Technical interview wasn't hard. It was basic DSA stuff, and you had to talk through your problem solving and solution. Word of advice would be to take your time thinking - but my assessor was very understanding about my rambling. My question was related to sorting arrays.
- Soft skill interview had typical questions "a time you showed teamwork/time management, etc" that I had to answer in STAR format.
- Both assessors were very nice and open to giving you feedback. I had casual talks with both of them after about the company and they provided good advice!
