Telephone interview - 10 to 15 mins nothing too hard. Relatively straightforward and pretty simple phone interview compared to other companies I had done interviews with. Why the FDM Group?

A brief phone call, then online pre recorded video interview followed by online assessment and finally an assessment day. This started off with a presentation followed by 3 separate interviews.

Simple Application through CV. A recruiter will then contact you, followed by a mock telephone interview and an invite to the assessment centre in the main office.
Assessment centre lasts a whole day, very easy tests if you put in a day of prep, and 3 speed interviews which are more like conversations.
