Told me about the company, asked if I had questions, described the contract. Then asked me a few general programming questions $15/hr 3 months training then $45k first year, $55k second year.

Interviewed over the phone. They were very upfront about their policies and answered every question I had. Their salary left a lot to be wanted, but it was fair. They take into consideration your location preferences.
