      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at FINRA

      Interview

The first round is phone interview, very technical but not so hard, interviewer was very nice. However it seems lots of people get past the first. When it came to the second round, they ask you very difficult questions, I'm saying difficult is because this is an entry level role. After reading others' review, it seems as long as it's a recruiter who brought you, be prepared to be asked very difficult questions. Because I saw a review from a person who got offer afterwards wrote, he applied internally, got very simple questions. I don't understand why they kept posting ads for this role but doesn't really want to bring anyone applied through an agency in
