FISA interview questions

Absolutely terrible experience! They are racists!!! If you have white skin and over 50, just forget it! They judge you on your skin color and age If you are white and over 50 - you are done!

I applied around the beginning of June 2016, 2 weeks passed until I received a call back for a quick 10-15 minute phone interview with 3 managers where they just wanted to find out a little more about me, very basic questions. Then, they scheduled an in-person interview with the same 3 managers where they discussed what they wanted me to do. After that I was told they would let me know within a 1 week, but after waiting about 2 weeks I thought I did not get the job, then at the 3rd week of waiting I received a letter in the mail congratulating me and to sign some papers to on-board me to the company. Below is just one question that I remember the interviewers asking me.
