The Interview process was supposed to have two technical rounds and third round was supposed to be HR.
Round1: only one multithreading question which seems kind of easy . I even wrote the working program for the same.
The second question was more about traversing a 2D matrix. I gave the solution of this question in expected time.
This round was cleared.
Round 2: Nothing difficult was asked. Interview was easy. He kept on asking about my projects and I explained everything . He was very convinced with my answers and agreed to the same. Then he asked why am looking to join fitso, I gave my reason. He seems very happy as I answered all of his technical and non-technical question correctly. But To my surprise nobody has reached out to me regarding the further steps. I checked after 9 days with my consultant then he told that they just told him that I was rejected and they didn't even provide the feedback as well for second round. He said that generally it doesn't happen this way. They share the feedbacks. So I will not recommend this company to anyone as this can't be trusted . The real reason is that HR checks on your salary after you clear your rounds and get rid of the profiles if your current salary is high. When there internal tech teams ask for the guy they interviewed , they just tell them that the guy wasn't interested. To the candidate only one statement is given "you're rejected". Really disappointing to waste your precious time for such companies. I would rather suggest you to appear for other companies interview as they will have budget
