Only had 1 interview, which was on-site. Interview consisted of meeting with the hiring manager then with the leads. Asked the typical questions such as: why are you leaving your employer? what do you know about the company? what do you like about your current employer? Tell me about what you do.

Got to go on an interview with with one from HR and one Engineer.
Interview process was straight forward, some questions about me and my background, and some situational questions. Also a question about HS&E, and what could be the downside of a strict HS&E Policy.
