Interview
They just reject high CGPA students from first round itself (Hard to believe, but true)!!! The company thinks that candidates with good acads might be planning for higher studies and therefore, might not continue with the company in future, so they don't even care to interview such candidates :/ They don't want to pay you more, but they still want you to remain with the company for at least 5 years though they already have bond for 2 years. I don't know what goes in their minds.
