FNA Group interview questions

30-40 minute phone interview followed up with a 15 minute in person interview. Standard interview questions describing yourself and work experience. Very conversational and free flowing. A bit too much focus on the history of the company versus the job itself

The interviewers seemed to show a lack of interest in candidates. Specifically, the interview was relatively informal. A brief Solidworks 'assessment' was given, but could have been done virtually rather than in person.
