Interview
Had few phone interview and scheduled in-person right after.
In person - The interviewer had few sheets of questions and 6, 7 of them were asked out of it. The third interview process was explained that you meet the next high up. I followed up with my interview, and I was explained that the person in next line to interview was sick so once the person is back in office they will let me know. This never happened, and I didn't get the offer. It seemed like they didn't find anybody they liked few weeks after that, too as I found another job posting for this location months later.
The interview process was quick and easy. It lasted maybe 30 minutes and then I was on my way. It seemed like I was a good fit for the position but they didn’t want to give it away.

What are your biggest strengths and your biggest weakness?
This was for a position in 2007. My interview was easy going for the most part. Prior to the interview, I was nervous but once I met the hiring manager, I felt more confident because they made me made feel comfortable.
I received a phone call from the manager for an interview. She was very nice and went over the job description. She was very thorough. She asked if I could come in for an in person interview
