Four thirty minute interviews back to back with the last one being structured (meaning they asked a set list of questions). For the last interview it was blinded so they did't look at my resume ahead of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTC (Washington, DC) in May 2023
Interview
I did two interviews. The first one was a Zoom interview with two people, and the second one was a phone interview. I submitted my application at the very end of the application cycle, so some of the departments had no vacancies left.

Basic questions to get to know you. Why do you want to work at the FTC? If you could work on one project during your internship, what would it be?

Interview
I had two phone calls. One with a paralegal in the office I would be working in, and one with the Deputy Executive Director. They were both phone calls asking behavioral questions, and experiences I had working with different groups of people.
