Went pretty well, they were very nice and asked a lot of behavioral questions that helped give background to myself. They were very interested in my background and seemed to be engaged throughout the whole interview. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure a offer but overall it was a pretty great experience.
The interview process through their summer leadership program is one interview with a senior consultant then a superday with three back to back interviews with a mix of senior consultants and consultants

I had a first-round video interview with two directors from the team. The discussion was a mix of fit and technical questions, with a strong focus on problem-solving. They presented a case study where I had to estimate the market size of a company selling gaming headphones in Italy, walking through my assumptions and reasoning step by step. The interview was structured but conversational, and they were particularly interested in how I approached the problem rather than the final number.I had a video interview with 2 directors.
