Factor Design interview questions

Applped via email and got an invitation for a phone call interview. The call went really well. The interviewer told me to think it over in th eweekend and that she would call me on Monday to hear my decision. NEVER called me back. Sent two emails and a personal message through XING asking for a feedback at least. NEVER got any kind of reply.

I already knew one of the partners, so the initial talk was quite relaxed. They offered my something to drink and to eat right away. I was then asked to select some work from my portfolio and explain the process. I was also asked to explain certain design decisions I made. They were overall very kind to me. But it the end I decided to join a startup instead.
