Friendly, informative and engaging. I enjoyed understanding better how things are in the company, the team and what would be expected.
I felt comfortable during the conversations, got a good understanding of the culture by the approach they had with me - which was positive.

I applied several times for a position I have all the requirements written in the job description. Never received a feedback till I wrote directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist. I got rejected. I had no chance to ask for a further feedback.
