First round was for 30 mins with the HR to know about my current role & experiences. It went well and was put through for the second round. In second round, the story repeats same 30 mins to get to know me. Third round asked to meet the local apac team over a coffee. So basically same thing again that I went through in round 1 & 2. Later, they told me my skill set wasn't strong for the role. They didn't even interview me for the skill set at first place and if that was the case then they shouldn't have approached me at all. Absolute waste of time.
